President, Marty Dickinson, Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from Washington State University, has been President of the Downtown Spokane Partnership since May 2005. She leads a comprehensive Downtown revitalization program including planning, advocacy, enhanced municipal services, project development and business development. Marty previously served as Vice President at both the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Spokane Area Economic Development Council, now Greater Spokane Incorporated. Prior to that, Marty was also the General Manager of Nextlink Spokane.

VP of Marketing & PR, Marla Nunberg, CTA*, Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Montana State University, began promoting Downtown Spokane in 1997. She was promoted to Marketing Director in 2000 and then Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations in 2007. Marla has diverse experience in destination marketing and business development with a wide-ranging background in strategic planning, communications, market research, event production, advertising and promotions.

Public Policy & Parking Manager, Andrew Rolwes, CTA*, Bachelor of Arts in History from Eastern Washington University. A Spokane native, Andrew brings several years of relevant experience to the DSP, most recently as a Civil Affairs Officer for the United States Army where he worked closely with Iraqi government officials overseeing the development of government infrastructure, budgeting and policy in Ninewa Province.

Finance & Database Manager, Sharon Curtis, CTA* , has served as Finance Manager since 1997 and additionally as Database Manager since 2006. She has more than 20 years experience in office management and bookkeeping. Sharon continues to keep the DSP on track by managing the day-to-day financials of all three organizations. She also manages a current database of BID Ratepayers for both the City of Spokane and DSP.

Marketing Communications Coordinator, Leanne Sangster, CTA*, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from Gonzaga University, with a strong background in writing, public relations, and communications.

Office Coordinator & Graphic Design, Tammy Pruitt, CTA*, Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from Gonzaga University with a background in graphic design, is a native of Spokane. She continues to stay involved with Gonzaga as a volunteer with "Friends in Service" in the ceramics department. In her free time Tammy is an avid runner and spends time on her own art work.

Accounting Assistant, Grace Hutchinson is a graduate from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with an emphasis in Finance. Grace is a veteran in customer service and has dabbled in Hotel Auditing. In her free time she enjoys reading, coffee, and family.

University District Project Coordinator, Brandon Betty, Masters of Urban & Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University, and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Idaho. Brandon moved to Spokane for graduate school after serving two and a half years in the Dominican Republic as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer. Prior to the University District, Brandon worked in Business & Development Services for the City of Spokane.
Operations Coordinator, Dan Hall, CTA*, has worked for the Downtown Spokane Partnership as a Security Ambassador since 1998 and was promoted to Operations Coordinator in May of 2007. Dan brings a working knowledge of Downtown Spokane, as well as retail management and construction experience. Dan helps with the Clean Team, and continues to serve part time as a Security Ambassador.

Security Ambassador Director, Larry Killstrom, CTA*, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, began with the first Security Ambassador team in 1996 and became Supervisor. In 2003, Larry was promoted to Security Ambassador Director and now oversees the Clean Team as well. Larry brings experience to the team as a former U.S.M.C. Military Police Officer, Oregon State Capital Police Officer, and Oregon State Police Officer, as well as a business owner.

SECURITY AMBASSADOR TEAM
Donald Aslinger
Jennifer Brumley joined the team in January 2009, is currently enrolled at Spokane Community College and majoring in communications. She will be transferring over to Eastern Washington University to get her Masters, with the goal to be able to council women with mental health issues.
Nick Carollo
Mark Drummond, Associates of Arts and Associates of Science degrees from SFCC and SCC, first began as a Security Ambassador in 1999. In 2002 Mark left to work as an armed security officer at the U.S. Courthouse, Spokane. He returned to the Security Ambassador force in 2005. Mark is a Licensed Aircraft Mechanic and an ASE Certified Auto Mechanic and was the sole proprietor of an auto repair business from 1988 to 1998.
Dan Hall, began as a Security Ambassador in 1998 and brings a variety of experiences to the team. Dan is originally from the Tri-Cities and has completed some college courses as well. Dan also serves as Operations Coordinator for the Downtown Spokane Partnership.
Jack Lindell
Chris Seim, Associates Degree from SFCC, began as a Security Ambassador in 2002, has worked Downtown for more than eight years with customer service experience. Chris is a Spokane native. He also does some video production for the Security Ambassadors.
Ericka Tomsha
Richard Volgmann, began as a Security Ambassador in 1997 through 2000 and returned in 2003. Originally from Walla Walla, Rick graduated from the Department of Corrections in 1997 on the honor roll and worked at the Airway Heights Correctional Center.
Eddie Zambrano, started in September 2008 on the Clean Team and has begun working with the Security Ambassadors as well. Before working for Downtown Spokane, he worked for 20 years at his family company manufacturing barns and corals; and worked for a year down in Los Angles cleaning up graffiti.
