Downtown Spokane Parking Study
The Business Improvement District, Downtown Spokane Partnership, and the City of Spokane combined resources and hired parking consultant Melvin Mark Development Company to perform a comprehensive review and analysis of the Downtown Spokane parking system. The Study provides a clearer understanding of how parking functions and methods to improve its operation. The links to download the final parking study are listed below.
